We had a great day in school today supporting Children in Need. Boys and Girls came into school dressed as their favourite superhero! 

Lots of of fun was had and more importantly lots of money was raised for a good cause.

The children in the Eco Council have worked hard with Mrs Shaw and Miss Jordan to decide their first project:

Cash For Clobber!

We are asking if you have any old clothes or shoes that you no longer want., that instead of throwing them away, please donate them to the school. A Cash for Clobber bag will come home with your child and then you can fill this up. These bags can then be returned to school from Monday 23rd November.  The clothes you donate will then be processed and sent to help people in the developing world. 

For every kilogram of clothes that are collected the school will receive 40p which we hope to put towards creating an outdoor classroom. 

Hopefully we can collect lots and have a very successful cash for clobber. 

All the boys and girls at Victoria had their photo taken this week. These will be available for purchase soon. 

Well done to all the children who represented our school in the Swim Ulster school Championship at Bangor Aurora on Saturday 17th October.

We had lots of individual success. The girls relay team came first in the 10 and under freestyle relay and medly relay. This meant that the won the Girls Primary Schools Cup.

Fantastic effort by all.

A great big thank you to everyone who came along to our school fireworks display. There were some very scary and funny looking people at the event and that was just the teachers! Some fantastic costumes were on display from the children, well done to everyone who took part. 

A special thanks to Mr Lee for organising the event. Hope you all enjoyed the fun. 

After a successful Jeans for Genes day this year P6 have raised a fantastic £90.40! 

Well done and a big thank you to everyone for the fantastic effort! 

Pupils from P6 and P7 recently visited an art exhibition put on by Regent House Grammar School.

The children enjoyed looking at the fantastic art and then took part in workshops to create their own art!
