The aim of The Daily Mile is to improve the physical, social, emotional and mental health and wellbeing of our children – regardless of age, ability or personal circumstances.


The children can talk and socialise whilst keeping fit and healthy which all-in-all makes for a very enjoyable, productive experience for both the children, teachers and parents.
